Every Saxon Kent print is made to order, then shipped locally. Australian orders are produced on the Gold Coast. US orders are printed in Los Angeles. European orders are printed in Germany. Same specs, same paper, same standard, wherever in the world you are.

Shipping is free on every order to Australia, the United States, and the European Union. No thresholds, no fine print.

Orders to other countries ship worldwide with standard international rates calculated at checkout.

Production

Rolled prints are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.

Framed prints are dispatched within 5 to 10 business days. Every frame is handcrafted to order in sustainably sourced Tasmanian Oak.

Delivery after dispatch

Australia. 3 to 7 business days.
United States and European Union. 7 to 14 business days.
Rest of world. 10 to 21 business days.

How your print ships

Rolled prints ship in heavy duty archival tubes with protective end caps. Framed prints ship in custom fitted boxes with corner protection and full padding, glass side down. Every order is packed by hand.

As soon as your order ships, a tracking link is emailed to you. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or email hello@saxonkent.com.au and I'll resend it.

Duties and customs

International orders may be subject to import duties or customs fees charged by your country on arrival. These are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost.
