About the prints

What paper are the prints printed on?
SIHL TrueColor 250gsm. A heavyweight, acid free matte art paper with vivid colour density and a subtle, natural finish. It's the same grade used by professional art print houses and galleries.

What inks are used?
Epson UltraChrome Pro pigment inks, printed on a professional giclée printer. Museum grade archival quality. Colours are built to last for decades without fading.

Where are the prints produced?
Australian orders are printed at a dedicated fine art print house on the Gold Coast. US orders are printed in Los Angeles. European orders are printed in Germany. Same paper, same inks, same specs wherever you are. Every print is made to order. Nothing is pre printed.

Do international customers really get the same quality as Australian customers?
Yes. This is non negotiable. Every print house is held to the exact same standard. SIHL 250gsm paper, Epson UltraChrome Pro inks, archival production, signed certificate. I don't compromise on the product regardless of where you live.

Are the prints signed or numbered?
Every print ships with a signed certificate of authenticity. Prints themselves are open edition and not individually numbered, so you can order the piece you love at the size that suits your space.

About the frames

What are the frames made from?
Every frame is individually handcrafted to order in sustainably sourced Tasmanian Oak. You can choose Black, White, or natural Oak finishes at checkout.

What's the frame style?
A classic box frame. 20mm face width, 40mm depth. Refined, gallery leaning, and designed to suit both traditional and modern interiors.

Do framed prints come ready to hang?
Yes. Every framed print arrives with hanging hardware installed and is ready to mount straight out of the box.

Does the frame include glass?
Yes. Archival grade glazing is included in every framed order.

Ordering and sizes

What sizes are available?
A5, A4, A3, A2, A1, and A0. Every size is available unframed (rolled) or framed.

Which size should I pick?
For a statement piece above a sofa, bed, or feature wall, most people go A1 or A0. For gallery walls or smaller rooms, A3 and A2 work beautifully. The Live Preview tool on every product page lets you see any size on your actual wall through your phone camera. It's the fastest way to pick the right fit.

Can I see the print on my own wall before I buy?
Yes. Tap Live Preview on any product page.

Shipping and delivery

Where is shipping free?
Shipping is free to Australia, the United States, and the European Union. Orders to other countries ship worldwide with standard international rates calculated at checkout.

How long will my order take?
Rolled prints dispatch in 1 to 3 business days. Framed prints dispatch in 5 to 10. After dispatch, Australian orders usually arrive in 3 to 7 business days. US and EU orders in 7 to 14. Rest of world in 10 to 21. Full details on the Shipping page.

Will I pay customs or duties?
Most international orders avoid duties because production is local (US prints made in LA, EU prints made in Germany). Where duties do apply, they're charged by your country and are the buyer's responsibility.

Returns and exchanges

What's the returns policy?
You have 7 days from delivery to request a refund or exchange. Because every print is made to order, return shipping is paid by the customer. If your print arrives damaged or faulty, it's replaced free of charge. Full details on the Returns page.

Member pricing

What is the membership?
A free membership that gives you 20% off every order, plus early access to new releases. There's no subscription fee. Almost every customer signs up, and it's easily the best way to buy the work.

How do I join?

Do you take commissions?
Occasionally, for the right project. If you have something specific in mind, a space, a place, or a moment you want captured, email hello@saxonkent.com.au with the details and I'll let you know if it's a fit.

Do you offer trade or interior designer pricing?
Yes. If you're an interior designer, stylist, or working on a commercial fit out, email directly for trade pricing.

Do you ship to my country?
If your country isn't listed at checkout, email me and I'll look into it. I ship most places.

Can I come meet you or pick up locally in Byron?
Prints are produced on the Gold Coast, so local pickup usually isn't an option. If you're in Byron and want to talk about a specific piece though, reach out.
