Every Saxon Kent print is made to order for you. There's no warehouse of pre printed stock. Each piece is printed, and if framed, handcrafted specifically for your order. The returns policy reflects that.
If your print arrives damaged
If your print arrives damaged in transit, or with any fault in the print or frame, I'll replace it free of charge. No return shipping, no questions.
Email hello@saxonkent.com.au within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a few clear photos of the damage (including the packaging if that's damaged too). A replacement will be printed and on its way as soon as possible.
Change of mind, refunds and exchanges
You have 7 days from the day your print is delivered to request a refund or an exchange.
Because every piece is made to order, the following applies:
- Email hello@saxonkent.com.au within 7 days of delivery with your order number and what you'd like to do (refund or exchange).
- The print must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
- Return shipping is paid for by the customer.
- Once the print is received back in good condition, your refund will be issued, or your exchange will be produced and shipped.
I strongly recommend using the Live Preview tool on every product page before you order. It lets you place the print on your actual wall through your phone camera and is the fastest way to pick the right size and frame. If you're stuck between options, email me directly and I'll help.
Incorrect or missing items
If something arrives wrong, or anything from your order is missing, email me within 7 days of delivery and it'll be sorted immediately.
